$195 per night - minimum 2 night stay on weekends
Mid-week specials: 3 nights $520, 4 nights $650

Please order at least 2 days before arrival.Continental breakfast - cereals (including local macadamia muesli), juice, milk, yoghurt, small loaf bread, local jams - $25 per couple.
Farmhouse breakfast - as above plus local farm eggs, bacon and tomato - $35 per couple.
Christmas and New Year holiday period: Minimum stay 1 week - $1600 per week
Easter: Minimum stay 1 week - $1600 per week.
Public holidays: Minimum stay applies

Conditions
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Payment by MC/BC/VISA or by other arrangement
- Prices firm at time of deposit, otherwise subject to change
- Balance of account is payable on arrival and not subject to refund
- Cancellation: Full deposit will be refunded if 30 days notice of cancellation is given. No refund will be given for cancellation of less than 30 days prior to arrival, unless the accommodation is re-booked by another guest
